At Ksubi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
